Cette formule s'adresse aux entreprises entre 20 et 100 salariés environ, à Paris ou proche banlieue.
Elle s'articule en deux temps :
Conseil et plan d'action
Cette étape est essentielle pour mettre en place une intervention sur site parfaitement adaptée à votre situation :

Diagnostic : état des lieux, habitudes des salariés, rythme de travail, culture d'entreprise, services intégrés...

Recommandation : priorisation des thématiques et actions à mettre en œuvre, évaluation du rythme et calendrier d'intervention.

Chiffrage : présence sur site et éventuellement devis annexes pour des achats et prestations complémentaires.

Intervention sur site
Sur la base de la recommandation qui aura été élaborée précédemment, le planning d'intervention dans vos bureaux est totalement flexible (2h par semaine, ou bien 2 jours, ou encore 3 matinées...).
La mission peut englober par exemple :

Accueil, conciergerie, gestion de la cafétéria, des approvisionnements en consommables...

Elaboration et mise à jour de supports de communication, animation des réseaux sociaux, de l'intranet...

Coordination des prestataires pour l'entretien et la maintenance des locaux, le facility manager, la conciergerie, les opérateurs des services (restauration, fitness...), la sécurité...

Organisation d'animations, incentives, réceptions...

Modification des aménagements, décoration et accessoirisation des locaux...

La force de cette intervention sur site est de rester toujours en veille et force de proposition pour l'amélioration et l'adaptation constante du service.
Tarif jour dégressif : 650 à 450 € HT
